Welcome to Austin Trophy Adventures and Epic Comedy Food Tours. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with Austin Trophy Adventures / Epic Comedy Food Tours (operating under IronStream LLC), including your use of our website and participation in our tours, fishing guide services, paddle craft adventures, and outdoor education courses based in Texas. By booking any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these legal terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Participation in any adventure, tour, or educational course offered by Epic Comedy Food Tours or Austin Trophy Adventures constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to these Terms. If you are booking on behalf of other participants, you represent that you have the authority to bind all members of your party to these Terms. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and IronStream LLC DBA Austin Trophy Adventures regarding our services.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years of age to book a paddle craft tour or outdoor adventure/ activity. For our Epic Night Comedy Food Tours and Supper Club programs, participants must be 21 years of age or older if alcohol is to be consumed, and valid government-issued identification will be required at venues. Minors participating in outdoor education, paddle, or fishing adventures must be accompanied by a legal guardian at all times, and that guardian assumes all responsibility for the minor's safety and conduct.

Epic Comedy Food Tours & Supper Clubs

Participating in our night comedy food tours requires adherence to venue rules. Participants must be of meet health and fitness requirements for walking tours which typically cover 1-3 miles on foot. Alcohol consumption must be responsible; we reserve the right to remove disruptive participants. Dietary needs must be communicated 48 hours in advance, though we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment in third-party venues. Tours are rain or shine; no refunds are provided for weather-related changes. Liability is limited for third-party vendor actions.

Outdoor Education Courses

Participants must meet health and fitness requirements for physical activities. Outdoor education involves inherent risks; participants assume all risk by enrolling. Safety instructions from guides are mandatory. Equipment use is included, but participants are liable for damage caused by negligence. We reserve the right to reschedule courses due to severe weather or safety concerns in the Travis County area. No Refunds will be issued.

Paddle Craft Adventures

All water-based activities require strict adherence to PFD (Personal Flotation Device) regulations. Participants must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by a legal guardian. Bookings are confirmed upon full payment. Cancellation will results in no refund. Austin Trophy Adventures is not liable for personal property damage while on the water. Governing law is Texas, with Travis County as the exclusive venue.

Fishing Guide Services

Our fishing services operate under strict Catch & Release or regional catch policies as determined by the guide and Texas fishing regulations. All participants must hold a valid Texas fishing license. We reserve the right to capture photography and media during trips for promotional use unless explicitly opted out in writing. By booking, you waive right to liability for inherent risks of fishing, boating and water activities.

01. Bookings, Payments & Pricing

By booking a tour with Austin Trophy Adventures or a Epic Comedy Food Tour, you accept these terms. All bookings must be made via our online system. Full payment is required at the time of reservation to secure your spot. Pricing is subject to change but will be honored once a booking is confirmed. Please note that food and beverages are generally not included unless specified for the Tuesday Supper Club. Epic Comedy Food Tours cover roughly 1-3 miles of walking; ensure you arrive ready for the adventure.

02. Cancellations & No-Shows

All tours are rain or shine. No refunds for any reason. If you arrive late or fail to show, your booking is forfeited without refund. Austin Trophy Adventures reserves the right to cancel due to extreme weather or failure to meet minimum numbers, in which case we will offer a reschedule or credit. Participation requires professional conduct; disruptive behavior or excessive intoxication may result in immediate removal without refund.

03. Health, Risk & Responsibility

Participants in outdoor education, paddle craft, or fishing services assume all risks associated with water and outdoor activities. You must be in suitable health and follow all safety instructions. You are responsible for informing us of food allergies or dietary needs. By participating, you waive liability against IronStream LLC DBA Austin Trophy Adventures for injury, loss, or damage. Austin Trophy Adventures adheres to all Texas fishing regulations and catch policies. Governing law: Travis County, Texas.

Indemnity & Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal proceedings shall be held exclusively in Travis County Texas. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your participation.

1. Introduction & Acceptance
Welcome to Austin Trophy Adventures / Epic Comedy Food Tours. By booking or participating in our services, including Epic Comedy Food Tours, outdoor education, paddle craft adventures, and fishing guide services, you agree to these legal terms.

2. Eligibility
Participants must be 21+ for alcohol-inclusive comedy tours and of appropriate physical health for outdoor/water activities. Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian.

Age Minimum: 7 years old for guided fishing trips, outdoor education and water activities.

3. Bookings & Payments
All services are bookable via our online calendar. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
All Comedy Food Tours & Supper Clubs are rain or shine. No refunds for any reason. Outdoor activities, Paddle Craft, Fishing, or Water Activities may be rescheduled at our discretion due to hazardous conditions. *No refunds for Guided Fishing Trips, Outdoor Education Courses, Paddle Craft, or any other outdoor adventures / activities.

5. Health, Safety & Allergies
Participants must disclose relevant health issues or food allergies. While we strive to accommodate, we cannot guarantee a cross-contamination-free environment. Assumption of risk is mandatory for all physical activities.

6. Conduct & Alcohol
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for disruptive behavior. Alcohol consumption must be legal and responsible; we reserve the right to exclude participants who are intoxicated without refund.

7. Equipment & Damage
Participants are responsible for the proper use of provided gear. Damage resulting from negligence or failure to follow safety instructions will be billed to the participant.

8. Media Release
We may take photos or videos for promotional use. Participation constitutes consent unless otherwise stated in writing prior to the tour.

Release of Liability & Assumption of Risk

By participating, you acknowledge that outdoor adventures, water activities, and urban tours involve inherent risks, including physical injury or death. You voluntarily assume these risks and waive all claims against IronStream LLC, Austin Trophy Adventures, and Epic Comedy Food Tours.

Essential Policies

Bookings: Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your spot.

Cancellations & Weather: All adventures operate rain or shine. No refunds will be issued. Rescheduling may be offered at the sole discretion of Austin Trophy Adventures.

Safety: Participants must follow all guide instructions and safety requirements at all times. Strict adherence to alcohol consumption limits is mandatory. Guides reserve the right to remove any participant from an activity without refund for unsafe, disruptive, or intoxicated behavior.

Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions: Please notify us of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or special needs at least 48 hours prior to your adventure. While we make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests, cross-contamination may occur and cannot be guaranteed against.

Liability Waiver: Participation is at your own risk. A signed liability waiver is required for all adventures, tours, courses, and activities.

Right to Refuse Service: Austin Trophy Adventures reserves the right to refuse service, deny participation, or remove any guest for safety concerns, violation of policies, inappropriate conduct, or failure to follow guide instructions.
